And that's a unique business where it's all about listening skills.

And I picked up those listening skills when I, early on as a cop.

I won't bore you with everything.

But my first training officer, when I got in the car with him, the first day on the job,

there's a notepad between both because you just take notes, you know, if this call comes out.

And he drew this picture of a face, and it had two big eyes and two big

ears and no mouth. He said, that's you, Bruce. He goes, you need to do a lot of listening and learning

and hearing, but I don't need you talking. And what turned out to be like a little insulting,

really, turned out to be a great skill because I truly learn now going to everything I've done in life.

I've listened with the intent to understand.

So when I started the bodyguard business, I would just hear what people needed and I never engaged

them. I'd just, you know, get the information of what they need and I would take care of business.
