Welcome back to the CLS experience. I'm your host, Craig Siegel. This is a bite-sized bonus transmission, short, sharp, potent, and designed to shift your perspective fast. Let's dive in.

Your nervous system prefers familiar pain over unfamiliar possibility.

I know someone. I won't mention name. This person doesn't really like their job. They're not really connected to it.

And yet, they haven't as of yet taken that leap to consider something bigger, greater,

more connected, more aligned.

Why?

Because their familiar pain is preferred by their nervous system than the unfamiliar possibility right now. Can that change? Absolutely. If somebody's willing to do the work. Success invites responsibility.

And so when we look at the traits that we've acquired or patterns we've rehearsed, we think of this idea of self-sabotage, it isn't failure.

It's protection.

But it's just trying to protect you.

What am I getting at? Your ego isn't trying to ruin your life. It's trying to keep you safe
