It's almost got, it's just kind of the catchphrase.

I mean, you hear that word all the time. And it didn't used to be that way. I'm not sure when we

started using that, but I think it is just a reflection of our culture and we stay busy. And I think

most of us are overextended and for probably a bunch of different reasons. You know, I think sometimes we

think, well, if we're busy, we look successful or sound successful or we've got to keep doing this and and our kids we've got to

keep them busy and and you know and so we just get in this kind of rat race it's become so cultural

and i think it's so easy for us to fall into that trap and then the things that we're doing to stay
