By getting brutally honest with herself through a specific type of journaling, her chronic back pain was 80% gone by the next morning. Nicole breaks down her healing method into three simple parts that anyone can start today: - Knowledge: Understanding that your brain and body are constantly communicating. - The Work (Journal Speak): A specific, 20-minute daily practice of “unbridled rants” to get the hidden stress out of your system. - Self-Compassion: Learning to change the way you talk to yourself to help your nervous system feel safe.
