Doing well, we're going to talk about a subject that was kind of questioned in the last video.

I did a couple of videos back where we talked about arresting people for Title 39 and

compelling identification, when you can and can't do that. and the question always arises in class and it's arise in the group in a comment section and I think Timbee you have commented on as well.

And I meant to get to it for a couple days days, but I'm going to get to it now.

And it's, what do you do when you have a stop or some kind of situation where you believe somebody is lying about who they are,

but you don't have a violation on them or a reason that you could arrest him for like, you know, maybe the guys in the backseat of a car, there's no odor marijuana, it's just a plane stop.

Maybe there's not reason, maybe there's some reasonable suspicion, but she's really not tied to it.

You're asking for identification, and then he gives you a name which you know proves to be false.

So the question is, what do you do under those circumstances?

I'm going to read first 2C293 hindering apprehension of prosecution,

which would be the charts, not be obstructing the administration

limit, which is going to be physical for it to be obstructing the

administration of law, so it can't be that.

It's not disorderly conduct, it's not violent or tumultuous behavior.

It's merely a guy who's just being a dickhead.

So how do you deal with this?
