Because I don't know, I just feel like Amazon's going to come and everything's getting more

expensive and the neighborhood's going to be ruined.

Honestly, it's already crazy.

Like a friend of mine was looking for an apartment in Newark and he was like, yo, the one

bedrooms were $25, no, is it 20, it was either $22 or $2,400.

And that did not include you had to pay electricity, heat, and hot water.

And I'm like, when did Newark get to be $2,400 for a one bedroom?

Wait, this is pre, okay, so this is just imagine like if Amazon had come to town.

Oh my goodness.

Honestly, it would have been, I mean, it would have been great for my property values, but it would have been bad. Something, but it's, it, it, Newark. I think people don't realize it's, they think like, oh, let me get into Newark before it's too late. I feel like it might be too late because I just saw property like for sale in the four-sill section where I live on sale for $799,000 in Newark, New Jersey.

And I'm like, yeah, it's property values are really, like I said, it's great that I already

bought, but it's almost too late for folks who've lived here their whole lives to purchase

something because it's getting to be so expensive.
