How are you doing guys? I'm all right. Very good, thank you. It's been a busy morning today,

yeah we're recording this on the London launch day of issue four of the pod bible and we've

been handing out a Liverpool Street and London bridge. It's been pretty exciting right?

It's been a successful morning so far. We've managed to hand out a lot of issue four.

Yep and once we've finished recording here we're going to split up and we're off to

distribute across London, plenty more copies right? Yeah it's exciting. I mean probably

of no interest to any of the listeners. Yeah, the just off.

And logistics. How noticeable has the change in my mood been since A cast added an office dog

so that I know that after we've handed out I get to come and play with a dog. It's

palpable isn't it? So I can really point out just how much you've in effect
