Welcome, welcome, welcome. This is the distraction pieces podcast episode 284 and my guess this week is someone that I've been lining up for a long time and a lot of you guys have been asking for for a long time.

And I say this all the time. I'm saying time. I'm like, I know that it's all about time in see time again.

And this was just perfect. I I'm so glad we didn't get to talk a year ago when we were lining this up or a couple of years ago, because this was the perfect time and this conversation.

I couldn't be happier with how it went. How how heavy we got early on how open how painfully open Joe was. Yeah, it's great before we get into that. I'll talk more at the end, but I do need to give two shots.

It's going really well. Thanks dude. I've been brought up in Anna there because I don't eat things. That's what is handy. Do you have that on press days and things like that because I always used to have that on music videos.

I mean it's honestly I'm not just saying it. I do enjoy it. I do quite enjoy an interview and I like having a chat on the podcast and stuff. I mean I've done very few of ball for all the two short ones classic.

I love crazy. He's a pair and they're just not so nice. It's such good conversations because it's not an interview is it? It's a chat.

Yeah, I mean that's essential. I mean that's ideal for me. Interviews. This is what I think I mean to say is I don't mind the process. I think in all honesty like I'd rather avoid it if I can.

I think I was saying in one of the interviews and I don't honestly. I genuinely I'm not sure that I never feel like what I have to say is all that important.

I'm like what fucking difference I'm going to really make here and actually after the after the two short podcast and I wanted to be as candid as a coach you know I wanted to be as open as I could about me condition.
