It sounds like she wants out of jail.

What does that mean in layman's terms?

Well, in a first degree murder case, a defendant is ordinarily not entitled to bond.

Florida courts look at that under a very high standard.

The facts of the case must present proof of guilt that is evident or the presumption is great.
