genuinely love God's Word, we're able to live it out. So we do that through having conversations

by ourselves or with friends. We talk about life and motherhood and relationships and advice and all

of the things. And I'm so grateful that you're here if you've been here before, if you've been

listening for years so faithfully, or if you're just tuning in today. I'm so, so grateful.

So as you can tell by the title of today's episode, we're going to be talking about how to deal

with change and maybe

you're cringing a little bit right now and you're not alone. I have definitely always had

a little bit of a time struggling with change and the difficulty that brings. So with the

seasons changing as we are in August and as we are moving into fall, I wanted to talk about this today.

Like first of all, I cannot believe that we are weeks away from a lot of people starting school and fall rolling around.

I know that fall isn't technically until a little bit later.

But when it's September hits, like September 1 hits, I'm like, okay, it's fall time.

Which I love fall and winter so much. They're my favorite seasons of the year, but in a lot of ways I always

get to August and I think, wow, that summer went so fast and now we're moving into such change.

And I think a lot of us can agree that this season holds so much of that. For some of us,

that's back to school, whether that's for us, whether you're in high school or college or grad

school, or for some of us, that's kids that actually go to school. So you're also taking kids back

to school. New beginnings for some, maybe new jobs, new locations, maybe you've moved,
