What's going on Gary? How you doing? I'm doing well. It's really nice to see you.

Nice to meet you, man. I'm a little terrified to be honest because you're one of my heroes

and I've been looking up to you for a long time. You're very sweet. Thank you.

I'm trying to get everything together here. I've been working in IT for about 10 years now.

The last year or so, my career changed tremendously because I've gained a lot more responsibility.

My jobs become more stressful. In that time, about two years ago, I started a podcast called

A Word to Mysteries. I was having a ton of fun with it. But because my job has become so stressful

and also me and my wife just had our first child. Congratulations.

Congratulations. Thank you. You're 11 months old. So, our lives have changed tremendously.

I'm going into work, grinding at my regular job, coming home and trying to make sure my wife

is okay because she's been with the baby this whole time. I want to support her. But I also want

to do the podcast too because people seem to like it. But it's also one of those deals where

I've been doing it for two years now and it seems like my listenership has stayed the same. So

do you enjoy doing it? I do. So, look at it as a hobby instead of the thing that's going to change

your business life. You're doing it for you. It's no different than you playing video games.
