Hi guys, so Psalm 17 is for anyone who struggles with approval.

It's for anyone who tries to be a people pleaser and knows how that can be a deaden street.

Psalm 17 is where we get to see David grapple between looking and obsessing about

what others are doing and thinking and remembering what God is doing and what God truly thinks of him.

So how do we become confident enough that we don't obsess about what other people are saying, but how do we become

humble enough to truly care about others and also to ask God for help when we need

it? The answer is, and we're going to get to that.

But first of all, in Psalm 17, I want you to hear how David played with God.

He says, hear me, Lord, listen to my cry, hear my prayer. It does not rise from deceitful

lips. Let my vindication come from you. May your eyes see what is right.

Though you probe my heart, though you examine me at night and test me, you will find that I have
