Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent and is happening in Washington, D.C., one of the most walkable cities in the world.

that are just parked along this walking path.

It unlocks the bike and off you go and you can deposit it somewhere else in the city.

24 million people every year visit the National Mall.

So technically, it is two miles from the Lincoln Memorial to the U.S. Capitol.

And that would be the technical definition, as I understand it, of the National Mall.

This blew me away.

It has 26 miles of pedestrian sidewalks.

26 miles. So as I'm walking now, I'm on a gravel, very wide gravel trail on one side of the grassy area.
