As you well know, there was a third attempt on Donald Trump's life this past weekend.

study where we read instead of the Constitution. Teach right and generation be free. Glad you could

join me to date. I've been traveling lately, so I really didn't have a chance to dig into this

story. I didn't even hear

about it until late Sunday. So I'm a little late to the game, but to me that's a good thing,

because it gives people a chance to ponder and it gives me a chance to look at what people are

saying and try and get some more details behind it.

Now, there's not just the instant what happened.

Here's what I know so far.

And armed, I guess they're still calling him a suspect, charged one of the security

checkpoints at the White House correspondent's dinner, which is held, I think it's a Washington Hilton Hotel. It's not on White House grounds. It's in a hotel. He had a shotgun, handgun, knives, and it is believed, at least at this point, that he was a lone wolf, that he acted alone.

One Secret Service officer was struck by around, but it was caught by his bullet-resistant vest, and he was fairly quickly released from the hospital.

Now, of course, this led to a ruckus, the event was shut down and, you know, people were,

were literally dragged, officials and VIP were dragged from the location for their own security

and for good reason. But of course, that quickly brought up questions such as, well,

how did the gunmen get so close to the ballroom and I've heard some stories

by that I'll get into that as we're going along apparently he had registered to stay at

the hotel it was a guest at the hotel and well let's just also say say he did a little bit of writing.

People said they were concerned, after the fact, about the security.
