Ukraine's president Vladimir Zelensky was quick to blame the Kremlin for an attack on

NATO territory, saying that action needed to be taken.

Exactly what happened remains unclear.

President Joe Biden said it was unlikely the missile had been launched from inside Russia.

And we agreed to support Poland's investigation into the explosion in rural Poland near the

Ukrainian border.
