But if a party wins every single municipality, as Nicaragua's ruling party did earlier

this month, one might begin to wonder if something other than just popularity is in play.

And it can be disconcerting, reading what someone else thought of you.

by Tweet and then often unannounced shortly after being announced.

And they've been making some big changes to the products, some of which have been full

of bugs not worked.

They've had to do U-turns.

So the whole thing has been very, very difficult, I think, for both people working there and

people who use the platform.
