My first reaction was no.

Only because I'm trying to think, if I was to go on a diet with my other half, I would be very easily swayed if he said,

together, I would think, well, if he's doing it, I can do it, and that's fine. Forgetting that

he's a six foot one man who can eat a lot more than I can. So no. And I think this year I have

learnt and been able to do it by myself. There is temptation all around me and I've still managed

to stick to it. But again, and as we've mentioned a lot, it's mental's a mental game 100% um so i think if you've got

that definitely easier by yourself but i do understand why people do it with somebody else for

that motivation and support as well which i guess we get from our diet groups joe don't we and
