Isaiah 54 verse 1, sing or barren, you who have not born, break forth into singing and cry out loud. You who have not labored with child.

For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married woman, says the Lord.

In verse 2, enlarge the place of your tent and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings. Do not spare,

lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. And you shall expand to the right and to the left.

And your descendants will inherit the nations and make the desolate places or cities inhabited.

Verse 4, do not fear for you will not be ashamed, neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame,

for you will forget the shame of your youth and you will not remember the reproach of your widowhood anymore.

For your maker is your husband. The Lord of hosts is

his name and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel. He is called the God of the whole earth.

Now this is what's shouting about. That's a scripture that speaks life. Pretty much the background of this is God is speaking to

Israel. And for women at those days, when they didn't have children and they were barren, it was a

very shameful thing. There was a embarrassment. You were not viewed in a positive light, unlike the

culture we live in today. And the Lord is speaking here through prophet Isaiah and he pretty much

tells this barren woman who is mocked, look down upon and he says, break out in singing. Start

shouting. He says, because something is about to happen to you. And then he says to this

barren woman who doesn't have any children. he says, enlarge your tents. He says,

I want you to strengthen your, stretch your cords. I want you to strengthen your pegs, like these

tent pegs in the ground, because you're about to have a lot of children. You're about to have

a lot of descendants. And then he says,

you will expand to the right, to the left. He says, now you didn't have children, but you will have
