So, as always, I continue to do this podcast pretty organically.

And I'll give you an idea of how organic it is as Julie had bought a bike and took it to a bike shop to have them put it together because the directions clearly said, please have this put together by a professional, of which I am not when it comes to bike assembly.

And while she was at the store, I said, why don't she get a bike too?

He's like, all right, so I got one in those mountain bikes with the big fat tires, and we decided to go riding yesterday.

Well, my preferred method of working out is doing the Peloton, which is a stationary bike.

And riding along, and, of course, I go right down the hill.

And as I'm contemplating the inevitable fate that I am about to meet,

which I eventually did as I careaned a piece of sand or something.

And when flying off the bike and found myself face first in the dirt,

covered in leaves and left with lots of scratches and blood and bruises,

and Julie was nowhere to be found.
