It's been another fun and interesting week of being able to interact with a lot of you guys

through text, through email, through conversation.

I try my best to get back to everybody, and I'll give you my contact information, as I

And I like when you guys send me a global topic and give me more bullet point type

questions. It helps me in terms of navigating an episode for the podcast, but I also was considering

offering some possible practicum internship opportunities if people wanted to in Massachusetts,

if people were interested in wanted to do some clinical training with me.

We could talk about that individually, but I will put that out there as a possibility.

So as always, I ebb and flow throughout the clinical, the philosophical, the religious.

And I was going through some binders over the weekend, and I came across several of my binders from my doctor program

and pulled up my notes.

And I thought a great topic that I'm surprised I haven't done this far is Adlerian psychology,

which is something I was trained in and is really the foundation for

cognitive behavioral therapy. Now, if I can read my writing, which is always a problem,

it's gotten worse. It's probably just as bad as it was back when I was in school. But Adlerian

psychology, let's see, what do I remember?
