And tonight this talk is on how physical ailments that seem like illnesses, real physiological issues can actually

have their origins in stress, especially unresolved emotional experiences.

So tonight's topic will be on anxiety, stress, and the body in other words.

So I hope this is a topic that might be of some interest.

I'll give a talk that will probably be around 35 minutes. There'll be a roughly 25

minute meditation. So that's about the size of it. The topic of illnesses and physical ailments with emotional
