The one thing that stands out to me was that I remember

with baby number one, we really came together

and focused all of our energy and time and attention

on that little baby.

And it was a very unifying experience

because we were coming together around this new child.

But with baby number two, it felt almost opposite, right?

We were dividing and conquering

and moving in completely different direction.

Yeah, I think that makes a lot of sense

and I think it was really common.

I think that that first baby experience

is really common for a lot of people

because it's this giant transition, right?

It's this new identity, this new person.

And I think for a couple of who's had a sense

of connection before they became parents,

I think it feels like this kind of,

I don't know, magical thing that you're doing, right?

And this kind of really amazing new task.

And I think that when there's a good foundation

that can bring people together.
