0:13.9	Isaiah 40 verse 30 says,
0:16.9	But those who wait upon God get fresh strength.
0:21.6	They spread their wings and soar like eagles.
0:24.6	They run and don't get tired.
0:27.6	They walk and they don't lag behind.
0:30.6	Those that wait upon God get fresh strength.
0:34.6	Those that wait upon God get renewed strength. Strength comes from God,
0:41.6	and it doesn't come by striving, but simply waiting on Him and receiving from Him.
0:49.4	Today's guided prayer, we are going to wait on God. I would encourage you to get in a posture where you can be
