Let's dive into this week's episode. It's possible to have a great marriage

and to have a great ministry. So I want us to look at some people, for example, Adam and Eve. God

created Eve as a helpmate to her husband so that they could become one and rule the planet together.

God never intended only Adam to do that.

God intended Adam and Eve to do that.

Joseph and Mary, they partnered together to raise Jesus.

Peter and his wife, they traveled together.

In fact, I read one report that Peter's wife was martyred on the same day

that Peter was famously crucified upside down. Peter's wife was executed first. What follows

the account of the day is they say accordingly to what, that when the blessed Peter saw his wife

led out to die, he rejoiced of her summons and her return home

and called to her very encouragingly, comfortably, addressing her by her name and saying,

oh, thou remembered the Lord. That was the marriage of Peter and his wife. In fact, even Apostle Paul was referring to Peter's

marriage and was saying that Peter was taking his wife on his trips. In 1 Corinthians 9 verses 3 until

verses 6. But the best example of a couple marrying together is actually Aquila and Priscilla. What I find interesting is that every time Aquila

is mentioned in the Bible, his wife is always mentioned as well. The Bible actually says they serve

together. And so in Acts 183, Acts 1818, Acts 1826, Romans 163, 1 Corinthians 1619, and 2nd Timothy 419, and in Acts 18 2.
