0:04.3	through challenges and change webinar and I'm just so excited that everyone is joining us right now because
0:10.7	we have a lot going on in this country.
0:13.2	It is a really difficult time and my first thoughts go out to all the people that are
0:17.9	dealing with this challenge. The people on the front lines, the doctors, the nurses, the medical staff, the pharmacists, the first responders, and all the people who are sick right now and have loved ones who are sick.
0:32.0	I just want you to know that we are thinking
0:34.4	about you and we are praying for you because I know that this is a tough time.
0:39.2	And we started to do this webinar as a result of the amount of people that are dealing with fear and stress and anxiety.
0:47.0	Originally it was supposed to be just for my coaching program. I have a mentorship coaching program, but we decided to open it up because so many people are struggling.
0:56.2	So I was talking to Daniel and I said, hey, let's make this free to everyone, not just the people who are part of our coaching program.
1:01.8	So we're doing that right now for everyone.
1:04.8	Because I know how many people are struggling.
1:07.0	And I want you to know that I'm struggling.
1:09.0	I'm really dealing with this challenge as well,
1:12.0	because I'm not naturally positive.
1:14.1	People think I am because of the books that I write and the talks that I give but I have to
1:18.9	work really hard at it. I naturally go towards the negative. I grew up in Lyle, New York in a Jewish
1:24.9	Italian family, a lot of food, a lot of guilt, a lot of wine, a lot of whining.
1:28.9	My dad was a New York City police officer, undercover narcotics.
1:33.4	So he was shot a few times.
1:35.4	He wasn't very positive.
1:37.6	He's a very loving man, but just one of the most negative guys
