Jamil talk about strategies that will help you to network effectively. Networking is the number 1 way to do this business. Networking events are incredible. It's a great opportunity to connect with investors, sellers, buyers, private money, hard money lenders, title companies, and all of the people that you need to connect with in order for you to be successful in your real estate business. But networking just doesn't magically happen on its own. Just like you don't become a deal magnet by not doing anything. You have to magnetize yourself. Set your intention. When you don't know what to do in networking events, instead of opportunities, they become distractions. FYI, you're not in a networking event to just wait in line and take pictures with whoever you're idolizing.
