I'm good. I'm signing a deal right now.

There's a mobile notary sitting next to me right now. I have no idea what it is I'm signing. Do you know what it is? Is it a refinance? Is it a purchase? I guess I'm purchasing a piece of property. Nice. What are you get a loan for that? Yes, we are. We are getting a loan from my investor loan.com. So who got you that deal?

So lately what I've been doing is I've actually been telling people that are kind of newer to the

business, hey, let me help you sponsor your loans. So if you have a deal and you can't get a loan

because you're new and you're lacking experience,

let me partner with you.

I'll sponsor the loan and I'll become owner of that property with you and we'll actually

be partners actually pulling people through the fire through becoming an owner on their deal.

So one of my students, because I only do this for my students, one of my students found a deal in

West Palm Beach and we're partnering on it as an Airbnb it looks like. Awesome. And just to clarify,

when you do that, you come in with no money. You're just bringing the credentials of credit.
