We're going to be coaching Megan and Megan is coming to us because she has lost about 100 pounds.

She got her binge eating under control.

And then she's been trying to maintain

a certain weight range, but ultimately struggling with finding herself being extremely secretive

and restrictive with food and feeling guilty.

And so we're going to be diving into how she can start to see positive guidelines for herself, how to enjoy

Keeping in mind guys, a lot of times our lower brain kind of kicks in once we have lost weight and it's desperately afraid and I totally get it of regaining weight and it can make all these requirements on us and has to have everything be specifically this way.

We have to work out the same way, eat the same way.

We can't do this, we can't do that because it's trying to prevent you from gaining the

weight back, but the way it goes about doing it, it creates more stress and anxiety, which ironically for most people,
