I realized that was very surprising that language is only a manifestation of what's happening

in one's brain.

So I realized that the biggest value add that people discovered in the coaching conversations

was the fact that the way they look at things was one way. And in order for them to create a

much bigger value was for them to kind of shift their thinking. Whenever some of those moments

happened, it was very interesting to realize that language is nothing else but a manifestation.

So then we had to shift the way we're looking at the issues or the way that we're looking

in the team or our roles in the company.

And then language becomes a tool that helps us articulate that.
