0:17.0	Did you like art when you were at school? I didn't actually. It's not my talent to paint and draw and you know get my hands
0:29.2	messy with different materials but you know I always thought it was like a fun break almost.
0:34.0	I was lucky enough with one of the many schools I went to because we moved around so much
0:40.3	and one of the schools I went to did have this really cool art teacher. I wish I could remember
0:46.0	her name but I will never be able to. And we were in class one day and I remember we were like drawing some plants and I was you know

1:06.0	that and I was like oh it's my interpretation of this plant and she said why there's so many straight lines. And I
1:19.7	know I didn't really think about it because I didn't put much effort into it.
1:24.0	And then she said this and I've remembered it.
1:26.0	This must be, I don't know, I must have in like 12 or 13,
1:29.0	so this is like 25 years I've now remember this.
1:33.1	She said, Susie, there are no straight lines in nature.
1:40.9	Not one.
1:44.0	I couldn't believe that. I was like, I have to disprove this. There are some straight lines in nature. What about the horizon of the ocean?
1:50.0	Nope. What about some veins of a leaf somewhere?
1:55.0	Nope.
1:56.0	There are no straight lines in nature.
