It's about Halloween costumes.

I don't know why I never really thought about it before.

People have been dressing up for Halloween for a long time,

like way longer than you think. But back in the very beginning

of how of what we now call Halloween, we talked about this yesterday on the show, how it comes

from the old Celtic holiday Samhane, where the belief was on October 31st, the veil between

worlds was so thin that ghosts and the departed and spirits could

cross back over into the land of the living. So that's the origin of what we now call

Halloween, right? So people back then did dress in costumes, but not like today. Like, people

in the middle ages didn't dress up as like the sexy town executioner
