I mean, you know as well as I did, going to music school, it's like you spend so much time

trying to do this thing that's really hard, which is like playing improvised music and

other stuff, to then not do it if you never practice it again and then you're asked to,

that's really challenging.

So I wanted to make sure I didn't stop doing that, but again, just philosophically, it's

like, man, I spent so many, so much like blood, sweat, and tears, like trying to learn

how to do this thing and a lot of what I do here during the day is whole notes and power

chords and strumming and acoustic, which is great.

It's like there, like different muscles, you know, like if you didn't use the other muscle

it atrophies.

If you're just an ordinary person who listens to music, watches movies, watches TV, the

name Andrew Sinowick might not be the first thing you think of when you think of the guitar,

but while you might not realize it, you've almost certainly heard Andrew's playing, he's

an in-demand LA session guitarist and in that role, he is in any given year, probably

one of the most recorded guitarists in the world.

He's played on so many movies and TV shows that it's impossible to name them all, movies

like Disney's Frozen, Coco's, Utopia, Spider-Man, Far From Home, Forty Ferrari, The Mule, TV

shows like The Simpsons, Marvel's Agents of Shield, Good Place, film trailers that you've

definitely seen, that millions of people have seen, he's been a side man with huge musical

acts like The Who, Pink, Hyam, Nick Jonas, Donna Summer, Josh Groben, so many more he's

seriously played with pretty much everybody.
