you know I would have asked is why sort of the OCD theme isn't important because it just morphs the

OCD that needs to be tackled. We talk about maternal OCD and how she silenced

herself and her thoughts because of fear that her kids may be taken away so we discuss that.

She makes a good point of no one would have known she was suffering up to a couple years ago,

even though it's gone on pretty much her whole life and how she just kept it secret.

We talk about there's nothing wrong with triggers, because triggers, that's how you get better when you have to kind of face it.
