Hey guys this is a very very quick mini episode and I wanted to do it just to thank you guys because about an hour ago the

podcast surpassed one million downloads all time which you know I'm still in shock by I can't believe

it's continually growing and it's here that one million number you know I've never don't think I've done a

million of anything in my life so to hit hit the million downloads is is really

inspiring and that number doesn't even include include YouTube's so just the audio downloads it's 1 million and I'm deeply

touched and grateful for that.

So I just wanted to thank you because I know I have listeners all over the world, you know, people in New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Canada, USA, the UK, mainland Europe, Africa, Asia, you name it.

I'm not going to reel off every place here,

but I deeply appreciate the support wherever you are.

I hope the podcast is making some small difference to your life, to your recovery, and

helping you live the life you want to live and that you deserve to live more importantly.
