the book of Acts, we are in Acts chapter 27. The Apostle Paul has just been heard by two

rulers, King Agrippa, who is the Jewish figurehead king and a Roman pro council, Festus. And the

two of them have decided Paul has to go to Caesar because he has appealed to Caesar and that's

where he legally must go. And so in chapter 27, we hear about the journey on the way to Rome.
