Eric, how are you? I'm excellent, Peter. How are you? I'm doing well, except they are still counting ballots in Pennsylvania and still in California. Is that correct? Yeah, it is correct. I think someone

started a very nasty rumor that if you let it go till Black Friday, ballots would go on sale.

That's the only explanation I can think of. But the good news is there does seem to be some

sanity that's being injected into the process. The Supreme Court's actually weighed in in

Pennsylvania and said that counties cannot count incorrectly or undated ballots.

Well, yeah, you'd think that, hey, it seems like you might have a problem counting some ballots without dates.

Now, some people are trying to dismiss this as, oh, it's an anachronism of old outdated law.
