1:18.6	did you work with the PD before we get into some stories? So I grew up on Long Island in
1:24.9	Malvern, which is right on the border of Queens and Nassau County.
1:28.7	I went to New Paltz College. And while I was up there, I realized that I wanted to be a cop in New York City.
1:37.3	So I left New Pultz, which is in upstate New York. I came back home and I went to school at a John Jay College in Manhattan for criminal justice.
1:44.8	I took a lot of law classes. and I started going on the law track.
1:48.3	I was really thinking maybe I wanted to be a lawyer and I had taken the test for the New York
1:53.2	City Police Department and they called me and I said, you know what?
1:56.7	I don't know about case law.
1:59.0	Reading it is fun to, you know, get an A in class or, you know, whatever.
2:02.8	But to do this, like, as a chore for the next 30 years might get a little boring.
2:06.4	So I said, you know what, I'm kind of an adrenaline junkie.
