I am your host Corey Muscarra and this is a weekend episode. I know it might be a little bit confusing if you've been following along.

Not sure are we doing weekends? Are we not doing weekends? Since I took a bunch of time off I

0:24.4

decided to give you at least one weekend day, but I do like having at least one day

0:30.0

1:59.1

And if there are a lot of stoplights there are many opportunities for this regrounding.

2:04.4

It's a nice simple practice, simple habit that they established, and made for many opportunities

2:10.7

to drop in.

2:12.2

So that's what I'm going to offer to you as well. Start

2:15.9

integrating stoplight meditation into your driving routine. Every time you come to

2:22.1

a stoplight, just take a deep breath.
