Should I just avoid parley bets altogether?

It depends what you're gunning for.

If you want to make a big amount of money and dream, no.

If you want to grind small profits and pray that over the course of a season,

you're able to get to the magical 57, percent god help you 60 and be able to do

something fun well then yes parley's are a terrible idea do i play them of course i do because this is

not my it's not a investment it's my job it's entertainment and i mean i'm going to be candid like

i'm not interested in buying bubble gum.

So it's like, yeah, you're going to bet them, you're going to bet straight.

But if you want to mess around and rifle a parlay here or there, why am I going to be mad at you?

Because think about it.

Jim, we've talked about this.

You've got to have some serious chops.

If you're going to play just straight games and you start doing the calculus of, okay, here's the goal of what I want to try to attain this year, you are going to have to rifle a hell of a lot of money through the window.

So it really just comes down to what situation you're in and how you want to do this.

Look, bottom line is if the money's super important to you, you shouldn't be betting, period.

I mean, I hate to be a party pooper, but that's the reality. No, and we're always honest about that.

Parles are tough, dude.

Like you said, if you're hitting four of every five legs, but you're getting zero at the

end of the day, yeah, you are better off just betting straight games.

And now, that's no walk in the park either.
