Today, I’m going to show you how to get rid of vertigo for good. The most common type of vertigo is known as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or BPPV. This type of vertigo is caused by tiny calcium crystals that have broken off and migrated to the incorrect part of the ear, resulting in dizziness and spinning sensations.
There are tiny hairs in the ear connected to nerves that pick up information and send it to your brain. A gel keeps this area sensitive, and calcium crystals act as weights in the gel to enhance its effectiveness.
Calcium-binding proteins hold the calcium in the gel, which is regulated by vitamin D3. Many people with vertigo are extremely deficient in vitamin D!
Vitamin D controls 2,400 different genes and is essential for immune function, healthy blood pressure levels, and acts as a potent anti-inflammatory agent. There is a tremendous amount of research supporting the use of vitamin D3 as an effective remedy for vertigo. Still, some research does not utilize nearly enough vitamin D. To prevent vertigo, you need at least 6,000 to 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily.
Vitamin D does not work without magnesium. Magnesium is one of the master controllers of calcium, so a combination of vitamin D3 with magnesium is one of the best things you can do for vertigo.
Vitamin K2 tells the body where to put calcium, and without enough, you can end up with calcium in the wrong places.
For long-term vertigo relief, take at least 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily, with magnesium and vitamin K2. This problem could take a couple of weeks or more to address, so in the meantime, the Epley maneuver can provide immediate vertigo relief.

| 0:42.3 | If we take a look at the ear, we have information that comes into the ear, |
