step up the game here by having you on. So in case, um, you've been hiding under a rock somewhere,

Nina, uh, works with us over here at the headquarters of the mortgage marketing animals. And she

works in digital marketing where most of you probably know her from is social media

type stuff and you're, by the way, how'd you get, how'd you learn all that stuff?

You know, it's so funny. Last week I was saying to someone on social media happy hour that I've

been in and around social media for the last like 15 years.

I remember my first profile was a MySpace profile.

But I actually got into social media marketing from a business standpoint about 10 years ago,

starting in corporate America.

So, you know, pretty early in the game.
