1:18.5	Derek is an IT professional in North Carolina who applied to over 100 jobs between 2017 and 2019.
1:26.4	And he got ghosted across the board. So he started wondering,
1:31.2	was anyone even seeing my resume? He believes the answer is no. And now, drum roll please,
1:39.3	he's suing Workday, one of the biggest hiring software companies in the world.
1:45.8	He is claiming that its AI resume screening system filtered him out because of his age,
