My name is Lindsay Mezzelar. I'm from New York City. I started this podcast a little over three years ago

when I was hopelessly single and recently dumped on my birthday and just had a lot to learn when

I came to dating. Almost three and a half years later or yeah, I think it is three and a half.

I am in a really happy relationship living with my partner and by the way, still learning every day,

but I have learned a lot and I share it with my listeners on this journey in hopes that

they can take whatever they can out of it. A lot of my rules are not necessarily things that

I force upon people or tell people to do. They're just things that have worked for me

and that's really it. I am so grateful that you're here, that you're listening and I hope you

continue to do so because we talk about subjects that most people don't talk about, but everybody

wants to hear about what a month it has been and it's not even over yet. Well, I guess technically

this is the last day, but January is a long one. I will say it's been such a fun

January because we've had so many amazing guests and that continues today with Tuffy. She is

hysterical and just a breath of fresh air and I'm really excited for you to experience my

conversation with her. I feel like she was so real and so open and I have a feeling you're all
