can be successful for themselves. I started my business eight years ago to make a

difference in the food community by elevating the food

culture and the dining scene. What I love about being a small business owner is that I

get to create what I want and see my visions come to life. Building a better

local community that is thriving and diverse is extremely important to me.

One of my challenges in the beginning was the need to be in multiple places at once.

I wear a few different hats and trying to manage that all on my own was very difficult.
