Or people are struggling with various health issues with problems with their backs and the way they sit, their necks, the bone pain and so on.

Sometimes a lot of the times in fact, it's to do with slouching, too much screen time, browsing, not enough sleep and you're getting unwell.

Remember to sleep based on your health and your body, your age etc. is very, very important. Get that sleep at night and make sure that you have put aside your phones.

The world can wait. You don't need to know everything that's happening. You don't need to have read every single comment.
