Someone asked is it okay to share the verses of the Quran or the Hadith of the Prophet

salallahu Alaihi Wasallam on platforms on social media that have a lot of filth and a lot of things that might be

unacceptable from an Islamic perspective? Well the answer is yes indeed you must share good words and you must use

whatever platform you have to spread the good look people might say well you know intentionally or unintentionally you might be causing people to look at Haram

those who are on those platforms they already are there and they are navigating through these platforms in a way that

would earn the pleasure of Allah I'm sure if they saw something unacceptable from an Islamic perspective such as nudity etc

they would immediately you know perhaps delete it look away change the page and so on but

remember one thing my brothers and sisters the Prophet Muhammad salallahu Alaihi Wasallam had an amazing quality

when he was spreading the message of Islam what he did was something unique and clear

he went to the Kaaba and he looked down and continued saying a Yuhanna school

Ula Ilaha Allah tuflehu or people say la ilaha illallah you will succeed or people say la ilaha illallah you will succeed

and there were people who were making Tawaf or succumbulating the Kaaba nude naked he didn't worry about

you know the conditions he was looking down and giving the message from among them there were those who changed and turned

so Subhanallah he is concerned to get the message across using this means and at this particular place

teaches us that sometimes you might have to spread the message of goodness in a place where many other things might not be that good

imagine you standing at the door of a pub telling people a good message

you didn't drink you didn't participate you didn't encourage others to drink but the people who were there were listening to what you had to say

some of them may take heed and even if they didn't you fulfilled your beautiful duty

so don't stop because if you were to stop using these platforms perhaps Shaytan doesn't want the message to be heard by those who perhaps need it most

so if you were to stop I'd say it's a loss continue to use these beautiful platforms for the sake of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala
