Two quick life tips before I begin. One, if you're a coffee drinker like me and by

coffee drinker I mean you drink way too much coffee.

Keep the morning coffee because we all know that is very hard to stop.

And so give yourself that cup of coffee in the morning.

But if you also drink coffee in the afternoon like I do, you probably

That is my microwave and inside that microwave there's a cup of bone broth and this is what I'm

getting at instead of coffee replace it with bone broth. Bone broth is

great for your gut. I know this sounds like an ad, it's not an ad. There's

20 grams of protein roughly. If you don't like beef, try chicken, but just a small cup of bone broth can replace coffee because you know

addicted to it's not just the caffeine and so I would switch it up try it and see if that works for you I've been trying different things you know obviously teas green teas and

more about bone broth and you know the nutrients it's just so dense with

nutrients anyway that's life tip number one life tip number two is going to be a practice.
