Sometimes it's a happy, happy, happy motivation. Sometimes it's a kick in the butt motivation, but it works. But if you're not motivated, there is probably a reason. We'll talk about that today. And I got a little bit of experience in this neck of the woods. It is a daily boost from Motivation to Move.com. My name is Scott Smith. Good to have you here today. We're way into the 5,000 episode kind of thing. I appreciate you coming by. Ultimately, you know, it comes down to this. We talk about goals. we talk about motivation, we talk about stuff like that. And this is the thing. And I love it, by the way, I do because it's a feel-good stuff. It's to some extent. And we all need to be picked up and feel a little good about what we're doing in a world that wants to knock us down. So we have to have that. And ultimately, when you have the motivation to move, as my company is called. that's great. We got you moving. But really very quickly, and sometimes that afternoon, life gets in the way and kind of crushes you and like, what am I going to do now? I thought I was going to do this. Now I can't do it. That's kind of where we shine. That's where we step in and have kind of, at this point, kind of a Bible, it's 20 years worth of a Bible of little frameworks along the way.
