Welcome to Crescent, I'm Chanel Alexander and this is the podcast we talk to all of your

problems and it's time to give you our best advice. Guys, wow, what a week, what a week and a

half, what a what a two weeks. I'm still finding myself debilitatingly sad about Ukraine.

I'm really having trouble in my day to day and I don't know if you guys feel this at all,

but I'm having trouble in my day to day really focusing on what's going on in my own life.

I'm pretty preoccupied with the news. I'm having to like restrict myself from looking at the news

which feels like I'm some weird news baby that can't get off the boob but I can't get off the

proverbial news boob and it just feels really heavy and so you know I'm not going to lie to sit

here and talk about you know dating and you know funny things and all of that feels a little bit

like nonsense but also I understand that we all sometimes need a break and I would highly urge you

like you know obviously being well versed in what's going on is really important but also taking

minutes to check in and laugh. I've been going to some comedy shows I'm actually going to another

one tonight because I am literally not laughing in my day today. So I am needing to literally

conjure up laughing for myself because I need to feel a little bit of joy. Highly recommend a
