0:49.7	the days I had to get up in front of class. I'm truly I might love you know I'm comfortable in front of the camera and I'm
0:56.1	comfortable on stage but I'm truly an introvert introvert in real life in
1:01.2	in crowds sometimes I'm shy still so how do you do it and you know I thought about
1:05.8	that question I get asked so much so I want to share that with you today
1:10.3	because all of us in life have to do that thing walk into a boardroom or walk into the
1:15.0	boss or dealing with peers or dealing with coworkers or dealing with family or dealing with friends
1:20.0	and sometimes we want to make this presentation so great.
